Terms of sale and delivery

Introduction
These terms are to apply unless altered through written agreement.

Delivery terms
In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, General Delivery Terms NL01 and the supplementary Technical Delivery Terms – Locks and Fittings, NTLB 02 are to be applied.

Delivery conditions
In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, actual freight costs will be debited.

Delivery method
Deliveries are made regularly via DSV Transport’s general delivery, DB Schenker or Posten’s corporate parcel service.

Return conditions
The buyer is entitled, with the approval of the seller, to return valid stock items that have been ordered, in unbroken and undamaged packaging. In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, specially ordered items cannot be returned. In such cases, crediting will be performed on the basis of the invoice price less 20% – although at a minimum of SEK 50.

Complaints
In the event of complaints, these and any associated measures must always be approved by Göthes AB before they are implemented.

Packaging
For pallet deliveries, the applicable pallet fee for approved pallets will be debited if the customer has not stated the pallet registration number to Göthes.
For approved pallets to be credited, they must be delivered to DB Schenker and registered on Göthes AB’s pallet account no. 11019866. For half-pallets, pallet boxes, cardboard tubes and the like, the actual cost will be debited.

Environment
Göthes AB is listed in the REPA register, customer no. 5561415786, and environmentally certified in accordance with the ISO 14001:2004 standard.

Payment terms
Terms of payment are: 30 days from the date of invoice, net. In the event of late payment, penalty interest will be debited at the current base rate + 8%.

Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) exclusive of VAT. The price and terms in effect on the delivery date apply to each individual delivery. Göthes AB reserves the right to revise the prices agreed for any purchase – both gross and net prices – in the event that prices and other costs are altered for reasons beyond Göthes ABs control. Examples of such reasons include shortage of materials, increases in raw material prices and extraordinary charges/duties.

Currency clause
For prices that are based on currencies other than Swedish kronor, we reserve the right to make adjustments for exchange rates in the event of exceptional changes to the currency exchange rates.

Warranty provisions
No warranty commitments shall apply over and above those stated in the agreed terms and conditions of delivery. Responsibility for defects is regulated pursuant to the contents of the terms and conditions of delivery, i.e. the issue will be subject to the conditions that Göthes AB generally applies on the Swedish market.

Liability
Göthes AB has a liability insurance policy with Länsförsäkringar.

Misc.
Goods sold remain the property of Göthes AB until payment in full has been received.
